Colts Release Simpsons-Themed 2026 Schedule Video with NFL Easter Eggs

The Indianapolis Colts produced what one observer called the greatest NFL schedule release video ever for the 2026 season, drawing heavily from The Simpsons.

The video comes in two parts. The first reworks the long-running sitcom's iconic opening sequence and packs it with NFL Easter eggs. It opens with a classic Bart Simpson chalkboard gag that reads, "WE WILL NOT INCLUDE TYREEK HILL IN THESE VIDEOS."

The second part reveals the actual schedule. Each game gets introduced by a clip from the show that matches it. The Week 1 matchup against the Baltimore Ravens uses the Season 2 Treehouse of Horror adaptation of Edgar Allan Poe's "The Raven."

The creator praised the video as a masterpiece, suggesting viewers pour a Duff beer and grab a pink donut while watching it multiple times. With more than 800 episodes of The Simpsons available, every NFL team could make a similar video without much overlap.
