Michael Rapaport Calls Lindsay Hubbard Overrated, Sparks Media War with Summer House Star

Actor Michael Rapaport traded barbs with Summer House star Lindsay Hubbard this week after calling her overrated on Instagram.

Rapaport, known from The Traitors, posted a video Wednesday with his hot take. "I was advised not to even speak on this as a straight, cis, white male. However, I can’t be silenced. I won’t be silenced," he said.

He referenced her history, including being left at the altar by fiancé Carl Radke two years ago. "Is Lindsay the most overrated person on Bravo? Respectfully!" Rapaport asked.

Rapaport said Hubbard's storylines over the last two seasons centered on Carl Radke, his mother and avoiding hugs. He accused her of minding the business of Radke, Kyle Cooke and Amanda Batula. "What about you, Lindsay? Again respectfully!" he said. He sang, "But what have you done for me lately?"

The video came from his new Instagram account for reality TV takes. He captioned it noting people call her a queen but questioned her recent contributions.

Hubbard responded in a video Rapaport shared. "Dear, Michael Rapaport, if you want to say something, turn your f---ing comments on," she said. "Don’t be a little b----. If you want to start a media war, happy to go to war with you."

She called him an old white guy commenting on a younger single mom. "Did you forget that I had a baby? You think that my only storyline in the last two years has been my ex?" Hubbard said. She teased a coming conversation with Radke and snarked, "Overrated? I still have a lot more years to come, baby."

Her caption read: "Dear @michaelrapaport I don’t like when old white men pick on younger women. Get a life brother."

Rapaport's wife, Kebe Dunn, appeared in another video. She said she warned him against posting the original. "I know, but I said 'respectfully,'" he replied.

Dunn noted Hubbard called it a media war and questioned why it turned into a race war. They pointed out he called her a queen. "Don’t be scared, babe, she’s a mom," Dunn said. Rapaport added she is a single mom turning 40.

"She's beautiful," Dunn said. "Why is she so mad? She didn’t get the humor in it, huh?" Rapaport suggested Hubbard lacks a sense of humor, but Dunn told him to stop.

Rapaport addressed Bravo: "It’s not just young people that are paying your bills. It’s not just young girls. It’s old white men like you, babe," Dunn joked. She told Hubbard they are fans but questioned "overrated."

They agreed it was the wrong word. Rapaport wished Hubbard a happy 40th birthday in August, offering to send flowers. "Because 40 is the new 23," he said. He captioned the video: "Let’s HUG it out HUBBZZZ lmao. We’re fans!!!!!"
