Kelsea Ballerini Shares Beach Photos and Teases New Music in Instagram Post

Country singer Kelsea Ballerini shared a photo dump on Instagram that previews her summer fun, including beach time and hints at new music.

The 32-year-old captioned the post: "Getting my steps in, making music, finding ramen, learning sports (cars go fast!), and simply vibing."

One image showed Ballerini lying on her stomach on a beach towel at the seashore, ocean behind her. She wore a black and white striped bikini top, gold hoop earrings, black sunglasses and braids.

In another shot, she posed in a short blue romper with a plunging halter neckline that highlighted her toned legs. She paired it with strappy heels and a gold purse.

A third photo captured a text exchange with Patrick Droney teasing a new track. It featured an audio file titled "Math of Us," with both saying they were "so happy" with it.

Fans reacted in the comments. "You look so beautiful and happy Kelsea Keep us updated on the new music I can’t wait to hear it when it all comes out in the next few months," one wrote.

"Making music?! oh your already changing my entire life," another said. A third added: "A collab with @patrickdroney?? My two worlds have collided."

Ballerini made news earlier this year with her on-off relationship with Chase Stokes. They started dating in January 2023. After nearly three years, they split in September 2025, reconciled briefly, then broke up again in February.

"Kelsea and Chase have broken up again. It happened just the other day," a source told Us Weekly.

Another source told People their lives were "in very different places right now" and merging them had been difficult. The source added: "Kelsea's been so supportive of him throughout their relationship, but it hasn't been reciprocated."

After the split, Ballerini commented "Mmmhhhmmm" on an Instagram video from Ashley Cooke featuring an unreleased song about a man with "wandering eyes." Cooke replied: "You get it."

The lyrics include: "Whiskey nights wandering eyes make messes / hiding phones ‘idks’ make questions / towns talk and the truth starts spreading / don’t you know crossing lines makes Xs."
