Jack Osbourne hits back at body shamers over weight loss

Jack Osbourne posted a video on Instagram to respond to articles that called him grossly underweight and sick.

The 40-year-old said he has not lost weight since finishing the reality show I'm a Celebrity… Get Me Out of Here! six months ago. He said the only change in his appearance came from shaving his beard and growing a mustache.

Osbourne said he has been losing weight for three and a half years. He said he weighed about 220 pounds at his heaviest and decided to make changes after seeing that number on the scale.

He said he is 5-foot-8½ and 155 pounds and called the weight healthy. Osbourne said he had been criticized for being overweight for years and now faces more criticism after reaching a healthy weight.

His sister Kelly Osbourne also faced online comments about her appearance after attending the BRIT Awards. One comment told her to ditch Ozempic and eat a burger. Another said she looked like a dead body and too thin.

Kelly posted screenshots of the comments on Instagram Stories and wrote that she could not believe how disgusting some people are. She said the remarks showed a lack of compassion.
