Caitlin Clark shows off first signature Nike shoe before Fever game

Indiana Fever star Caitlin Clark carried her first signature shoe into Gainbridge Fieldhouse on Thursday, smiling as she arrived for the game against the Atlanta Dream.

The Fever posted photos and video of Clark's tunnel walk on the team's verified social media accounts before tipoff. The post on X drew tens of thousands of views.

Nike released the first look at the Caitlin 1 sneakers on Wednesday. The shoes are scheduled to launch Oct. 1 through the Nike SNKRS app and select retailers.

The first colorway is an all-blue silhouette that includes Clark's new signature logo. The shoes will sell for $140 in North America and the equivalent of $135 internationally.

Clark joins four other active WNBA players with signature shoes from major brands. Angel Reese with Reebok, Breanna Stewart with Puma, Sabrina Ionescu with Nike and A'ja Wilson with Nike also have signature sneakers.

Clark and the Fever entered Thursday's game on a five-game winning streak. The Dream ended the streak with a 108-101 victory in Indianapolis. Clark led Indiana with 26 points and seven assists. Angel Reese led Atlanta with 21 points and 10 rebounds.
