Spencer Pratt continued his campaign against Los Angeles city leadership days after conceding the mayoral race to incumbent Karen Bass.

Pratt, 42, publicly backed the mayor's brother, Kenneth Bass, who last month sued the city, the state and other agencies as part of a legal action filed after the Palisades fire.

"I am proud to be teaming up with Karen Bass' brother in suing his sister for her reckless negligence that led to the destruction of our homes," Pratt posted on X on Saturday.

Kenneth Bass and his wife, Cindy, said they suffered physical injuries and emotional distress after the fire destroyed their Malibu home.

Kenneth Bass and several other residents joined the Palisades Fire Litigation suit, which was filed against the City of Los Angeles days after the fire swept through the area, according to documents obtained by Fox News Digital.

The Los Angeles Department of Water and Power, the state of California, the California Department of Parks and Recreation and Southern California Edison are also named as defendants.

"There's nothing new here — Mayor Bass has spoken of her brother's loss publicly since January of 2025," a representative for the mayor said in a statement to Fox News Digital.

"Thousands of people are plaintiffs in this action, which names 18 public and private sector defendants. The City Attorney's Office is responsible for defending the City and DWP in this lawsuit."

In his own January suit, Pratt accused the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power of making "the conscious decision to operate the water supply system with the reservoir drained and unusable as a 'cost-saving' measure" during the fires.

Pratt representatives did not immediately respond to a request for comment.

The former reality star finished third in the mayoral race behind Bass and council member Nithya Raman.

"I'm moving on to the next more interesting phase. Listen, I spent a lot of time slaying everybody. I've ridiculed everyone on the roster," Pratt wrote on Instagram.

"You think you can get rid of me that easily? I know a lot of dimwit jerks thought I was in this for a grift, that I was gonna roll up and leave town if I didn't get into City Hall. Hey morons, I didn't get in this for political power. I got in to expose this corrupt machine, and nothing has changed."

Last month, Pratt said he would leave the city if he did not make the ballot.

During a conversation with Adam Carolla from his burned-out lot in the Pacific Palisades, Pratt said he would only rebuild his home if he won the race.

"I'm going to win the lawsuit against Gavin Newsom's state park, and with that money, if I'm the mayor of Los Angeles, I will rebuild," Pratt said.

"If Karen Bass gets re-elected or Nithya Raman gets elected, I will be done with trying to live in LA."

Pratt repeated the threat and said that if he wins the lawsuit he will take the money and move elsewhere.

"I'll take that money from the Newsom state park and the LADWP, and I'll go somewhere that my kids will not have to see naked zombies, and I can have the last American dream somewhere," Pratt said.

"But I will not rebuild if these people are in charge, because what would I be putting money into?"
