Tyreek Hill Settles Lawsuit with OnlyFans Model Sophie Hall After One-Day Trial

A civil lawsuit between NFL receiver Tyreek Hill and OnlyFans model Sophie Hall ended abruptly Friday when the parties reached a settlement.

Hall, who weighs 250 pounds, accused the 5-foot-10 Hill of shoving her during a backyard football lesson at his house in June 2023. She claimed the incident broke her leg, forcing her to undergo reconstructive surgery and weekly physical therapy. Hill countered that Hall tripped over a dog, causing the fracture.

Hall further alleged that Hill then carried her piggyback to the bedroom for sex. In a 2024 deposition, she said she wanted comfort after the injury and felt vulnerable, explaining why she slept in Hill's bed. She stayed with him for several more days and downplayed the incident's severity in another deposition.

The jury, selected Wednesday, saw photos of Hall's X-rays during opening statements. Hall said Hill had her perform offensive line drills, then instructed her to rush him. She pushed him backward, and Hill became enraged.

According to NBC6, Hall agreed to dismiss her assault and battery claims, while Hill settled her negligence claim. As he left the courtroom, Hill said, "I'm going to Disney World."

Hill, 32, became a free agent after the Miami Dolphins released him in March. He is rehabbing a season-ending knee injury from last year.
