Mavericks Star Cooper Flagg Confirms Relationship with Duke's Arianna Roberson

Dallas Mavericks star Cooper Flagg confirmed his relationship with Duke women's basketball center Arianna Roberson on Thursday through an Instagram Story post.

Flagg shared a picture of them kissing while vacationing in the Turks and Caicos. Roberson reposted the image to her Instagram Story with two black heart emojis. She also uploaded a TikTok video of the pair during their trip, captioning it "carry on."

Rumors of their relationship surfaced earlier when both posted solo pictures from the same resort at the same time, prompting fans to conclude they were together. They also appeared together at Cameron Indoor Stadium in February for Duke's 101-64 victory over Syracuse.

The couple overlapped for a year at Duke during the 2024-25 season as freshmen. Flagg declared for the NBA Draft after leading the Blue Devils to the Final Four and went on to become the No. 1 overall pick.

Flagg's rookie season with the Mavericks ended last month despite the team's playoff miss. He beat out former Duke teammate Kon Knueppel of the Charlotte Hornets to claim NBA Rookie of the Year honors. In 70 games, Flagg averaged 21 points, 6.7 rebounds, 4.5 assists and 1.2 steals per game.

Roberson averaged 8 points per game on 41.6% shooting in 33 games for Duke. Her older brother, Andre Roberson, spent seven NBA seasons, mostly with the Oklahoma City Thunder.
