Kim Kardashian takes 35 supplements daily and uses mobile DEXA scans

Kim Kardashian described her daily wellness routine during an appearance on Amy Poehler's podcast "Good Hang."

Kardashian, 45, said she takes 35 supplements each day, spread across three doses. She said she briefly stopped taking fish oil because of pill fatigue but resumed after blood work showed the need.

She also said she and her family use a portable DEXA scan service that arrives in a van. Kardashian said she, her sisters and her mother all live in the same gated community and take turns lying in the van for the three-minute scan that measures bone density and body composition.

Poehler mentioned the need to maintain bone density, and Kardashian asked if she had ever received a DEXA scan. The Skims founder said the service comes to their neighborhood once a year.

Kardashian said she is always adding new tools to her wellness routine. Her representatives did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
