Turning Point USA CEO Erika Kirk Marks Anniversary with Late Husband Charlie in Video

Turning Point USA CEO Erika Kirk marked her wedding anniversary with her late husband Charlie in a video she shared on Friday.

"Even though our kids won’t see our love ‘grow old together’ from an earthly standpoint; they’ll see it from a Heavenly one," she said on the X platform. "And I’ll tell them of our love story any moment I can. Happy Anniversary to the love of my life."

The video included footage of their engagement and wedding, overlaid with audio featuring Charlie, Erika and their child.

Numerous X accounts posted condolences and praise for the couple, telling Erika how much they miss her husband.

Kirk took over as the conservative group's CEO by unanimous vote after Charlie Kirk's assassination last year. More than six months on, his death remains a common topic in the national debate over political violence.

The attack occurred at the White House Correspondents' Association Dinner, where Erika Kirk was present. She later addressed it on her show, saying, "Our country has become unrecognizable; these people have perverted the truth to the point that they motivated the murder of my husband. They have continuously tried to assassinate the president, and anyone who stands in their way is labeled ‘hateful,’ ‘racist,’ ‘fascist’ and every other trigger word that is grossly dishonest."
