Molly Sims Stuns in Sheer Black Gown at Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Launch

Molly Sims turned heads when she arrived at the launch of the 2026 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue event in New York City.

The 52-year-old model wore a figure-hugging floor-length sheer black gown that showed her toned stomach and legs. She added gold jewelry, a black clutch and natural makeup.

Sims appears in the issue this year and shared photos from the magazine on Instagram.

Brooks Nader also attended. She posed on the red carpet in a black floor-length dress with a plunging neckline alongside her Baywatch co-star Livvy Dunne, who wore a little black dress with floral embellishments.

Nader made her Sports Illustrated Swimsuit debut in 2019 after winning an open casting call and appeared on the cover in 2023. She is featured again this year.

The issue was celebrated with a party at the Hard Rock Hotel New York. Three of the four 2026 cover models attended: Tiffany Haddish, Alix Earle and Nicole Williams English.

Earle walked the carpet in a gold crocheted dress with cutouts and fringe, paired with matching gold strappy heels and gold jewelry. She later posted about the Botswana photoshoot, calling the trip grounding and healing.

Haddish wore a red halter-neck gown. She and Earle posed with English, who chose a 2003 vintage Roberto Cavalli dress.

Inside the event the three cover models joined a surprise performance by Fetty Wap, who sang Trap Queen, 679 and Again.

Other models featured in the issue include Bethenny Frankel, Camille Kostek and Katie Austin.
