Kentucky Man Arrested for Indecent Exposure at Cherokee Park
Louisville Metro Police Department in Kentucky arrested Gregory Mack, 59, on Friday for alleged indecent exposure at Cherokee Park. The arrest followed anonymous tips and photos from witnesses who saw the man in his underwear.
Court documents cited by WHAS 11 detail two incidents. In late April, two victims saw a man on a park bench with his underwear around his ankles, manually stimulating himself as they walked by.
The second incident occurred on May 4. A woman and her 5-year-old child, who were photographing an owl's nest, reported that a man flashed them before touching himself.
Witness photos helped police identify Mack, who faces charges of first-degree indecent exposure and second-degree indecent exposure. He received a $2,500 bond.
