Grand Jury Indicts Man Accused of Attempting to Assassinate Trump at WHCA Dinner
A grand jury has indicted the man accused of attempting to assassinate President Donald Trump during the White House Correspondents' Association Dinner on April 25.
Magistrate Judge Zia Faruqui received the indictment from the grand jury.
Fox News has learned that Allen faces four charges. Authorities announced three of them on April 27.
Those initial charges are attempting to assassinate the president of the United States, discharge of a firearm during a crime of violence, and transporting a firearm across state lines.
The fourth charge, added in Tuesday's indictment, is assaulting a federal officer with a deadly weapon, sources said.
